3. Information

The information and investment details provided by Fiducian on Fiducian Online:

4. Account Number

The account number for your investment account is shown on your Fiducian statements and is used to register for access to Fiducian Online. Access to one account provides access to all accounts held by the same account owner on our administration system. If an account is not accessible online, please contact Client Services. Fiducian Online provides facilities enabling you to amend or update your account details online. Where applicable you may update details only if you are the account owner.

5. Linked Accounts

Fiducian Online allows access under a single Username to accounts belonging to different account owners – for example accounts for different members of a family group. This can be requested using the Fiducian Online Portfolio Linking form.

When the Linked Accounts facility is used, the account owners who sign the Portfolio Linking Form authorise the Applicant to view all accounts held by the account owner nominated. No authority is given to transact on an account.

You may request accounts be removed from the Linked Account facility at any time by email to info@fiducian.com.au or by telephoning Client Services on 1800 653 263.

6. Accuracy and Timing

There may be circumstances outside of our control (eg employer contribution delays) which mean that your account balances or transaction information may not be accurate. Unit prices are the latest available but may not necessarily be the actual prices applicable for the day.

We provide a facility to your financial adviser to record details of your investments held outside the Fiducian system (outside investments). You may request your financial adviser to use this facility. In doing so, you acknowledge that you will need to inform your financial adviser if you make any changes to outside investments so that they can update the investment records.

Fiducian has no responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of any information recorded on Fiducian Online about your outside investments. Nor does Fiducian have any liability that may arise in relation to an outside investment.
